Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic Therapy focuses on the unique and important needs of the individual seeking therapy. This is often used to help you to realise and grow to your true potential through self-actualisation, self-directed growth and self-love.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, or MBCT, is a blend of Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness with the aim to help you to better cope with stress, manage pain and work through difficult situations. MBCT is used to help you to view emotions and feelings objectively and is often used for clients with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, cancer or heart problems.

Transactional Analysis

Transactional anaylsis is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on alaysing and improving communication and relationships. The objective of this therapy is to help you to improve your emotional intelligence, communication skills and overall wellbeing.
